For a young couple like my fiancé and I with the budget that we had, we would've understood if any Realtor® didn't want to work with us as buyers. There are plenty of clients out there that have a bigger budget or a million dollar home to sell that Julie could've prioritized over us. Julie is excellent. I came from Maryland and know little about the Bay Area. Julie drove me around showing me the few cities I am interested in and tried to find the best fit for me. She did. She is very knowledgeable of the area, the real estate business and apparently a good designer as well. Whenever we went for house hunting, she told me details of the houses, including the area, why it is a good fit for me, how it could be improved for my life style, and more. She is very punctual, very professional, yet very sweet, and never too pushy. She helped me to find my dream house. I cannot be happier to have her as my real estate specialist, and had no hesitation to recommend her to my friends and family when they need real estate assistance. A big thanks to Julie!

If I could give Julie 6 stars on Yelp I wouldn't hesitate one second to do it. From front to back of the rather painful process home purchasing, her subject matter expertise, references, network and advice were absolutely mission critical to my decision making. She sees every relationship in a long term view horizon and provided me with plenty of opportunities to look at, always with an objective view point on if it was the right fit for me. She is highly responsive on all correspondence on any medium (email, phone calls, text etc). If you are looking for a home in the bay area, look no further, she is the person to work with. Julie is hands down the best Realtor® we could ever have asked for! She recently sold our house in San Mateo and exceeded all our expectations.
